In this topic we are going to cover how you can log in to your computer or laptop even if you have forgotten the password. This process will allow you to remove admin or any other user password withou losing any files.
you are going to need a USB drive 4GB or above and a computer you can access.
first of all plug in the USB drive in usb port and format it.
then open a google search bar and type in Hirens boot cd. you can open the website from the link bellow. open the first website that comes on the search result. and go to download page. then scroll down all the way until you see file name HBCD_PE_x64.iso.
Click on the file name and the ISO file will start to download.
Open another page on google and type in ‘Yumi bootable’. open the website pendrive linux and scroll down. Download the bootable Yumi file.
Once both file download completes open or run as administrator the Yumi file.
Step 1. select the usb drive
Step 2. select a distribution from the list to put. (from the drop down select ‘grub unlisted iso file’ )
Step 3. select the ISO file and and press ‘Create’ and follow the process. installation takes 2-3 minutes depending on your computer speed.
once the process completes unplug the usb and put in the usb to your laptop or computer and boot from the usb.
you will be able to log in to your computer without having to type in the pass word. I’m sharing a video bellow and you will be able to learn how you can remove the password using the software.
